BANKERS BOX® How Do You Organize with Your Bankers Box® Storage Products - $100 for Your Ideas

OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase necessary to enter or win, nor will a purchase improve one’s chance of winning. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., or where prohibited by law.

1. PRIZE: Every week one (1) winner will be selected to receive a $100 Visa gift card. Entry period starts every Wednesday at 12:00:00 AM CST and ends every Tuesday at 11:59:59 PM CST each week. A winner will be selected every Friday by 4:00 PM CST and contacted via email, phone, or postal mail. The first winner will be selected on Friday, February 10, 2017. Prize winner’s first name, last name initial and city and state of residence will be posted on the Bankers Box® Organization Center home page. Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release as a condition of receiving the Prize of a $100 Visa gift card. Prize winner is responsible for all Federal and State taxes. Fellowes will select the most creative idea of organizing with a Bankers Box® storage box from the submissions during the applicable week. Fellowes’ selections shall be final.

2. Eligibility/Entries: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal United States resident (excluding residents of Puerto Rico). The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees of Fellowes Inc., or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each. Promotion begins on February 1, 2017 at 12:00:00 AM CST and ends on January 3, 2018 at 11:59:59 PM CST. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules.

This promotion requires that you have Internet access, a valid e‐mail address, phone number and mailing address. By entering this Promotion entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor via telephone, e‐mail and/or postal mail and to have their entry information posted on the Bankers Box® Organization Center website without any additional compensation. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain additional entries by using other e‐mail addresses, registrations or logins will void such entries and the entrant may be disqualified from the promotion. Entry is for individuals only.

3. Giveaway Requirements: To participate, go to the “BANKERS BOX® How Do You Organize with Your Bankers Box® Storage Products - $100 for Your Ideas” website. Complete and submit the on‐screen registration form. Entry forms must contain full name, mailing address, valid e-mail, and phone number to participate. You will be required to upload at least one photo of your idea. Limit 5 photos per entry submission. Photo must be in jpeg format, each photo must be 1MB or less in size. Photo must be uploaded by You. You only need to register one time; you may submit as many ideas, entries, as you like during the entry period, only one submission per idea during the duration of the contest. All of the terms and conditions as described herein apply to all entry submissions. By submitting an entry, participant understands and grants to Sponsor permission for his/her entry, name, city and state of residence to be posted on fellowes.com, or other Fellowes websites, throughout the world for viewing by visitors to the website and used in accordance with the Official Rules. By participating, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use his/her name, city and state of residence for future advertising and publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion in any and all manners without additional compensation. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Pinterest. Entrant understands that he or she is providing information solely to Sponsor.

4. Prize Acceptance: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize is not available. Prize is not transferable, or assignable. By accepting prize, winners grant Sponsors, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies (“Sponsors and their agents”) the right to use and publish winners proper name, state of residence and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes on‐line and in print, or in any other media worldwide in connection with the Promotion, without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Return of any prize notification e‐mail, mail, or failure to contact winner via telephone may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

5. Limitations of Liability: Sponsors and their agents are not responsible for any computer, on‐line, telephone or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or delayed by computer transmissions. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be defrauding the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be in violation of these Official Rules, or found to be acting in a disruptive or offensive manner.

6. Other Terms & Conditions: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that Sponsor, agents and their designees and affiliates and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Parties”) shall have no liability to entrant, and entrant will indemnify, defend and hold Released Parties harmless from any liability, loss, injury, or damage to entrant themselves or any other person or entity, including personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes or participation in this Promotion. Entrants further acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes.
