Fellowes – PrivaScreen™ Blackout Privacy Filter Free Product Sample Promotion

  1. The Fellowes PrivaScreen™ Blackout Privacy Filter free sample promotion runs from 1st September 2018 until 31st of December 2018.
  2. Claims cannot be accepted after 5pm (GMT) on 31st of December 2018.
  3. Employees of Fellowes Ltd or any organisation professionally involved with this promotion or their close relatives are not eligible to enter.
  4. The promotion is open to business customers only, with residency in UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, France, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Hungary, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland and Switzerland.
  5. A total of 500 Fellowes PrivaScreen™ Blackout Privacy Filter product samples are available for the promotion.
    Once the quantity has been distributed, any additional samples distributed will be done so solely at the discretion of Fellowes Ltd.
  6. Only one free sample product can be claimed per person.
    In addition, only one sample product can be claimed per business entity, except from businesses with over 500 employees and multiple locations – at the discretion of Fellowes Ltd.
  7. By entering the promotion, the participant accepts these terms and conditions and will be deemed to have read the promoter’s privacy policy and to have agreed to the collection of their data in accordance with the full terms and conditions.
  8. The participant must provide a correct business address and email address to allow the sample product to be distributed. Fellowes Ltd cannot be held responsible for any undelivered samples, due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the participant.
  9. Fellowes cannot be held responsible for incorrect size information provided by the claimant.
  10. The nature of the offer is as follows:
    • A) The customer visits www.fellowes.com/protectme completing the form to claim a free Fellowes PrivaScreen™ Blackout Privacy Filter.
    • B) The customer must provide the correct model and screen size for their required Fellowes PrivaScreen™ Blackout Privacy Filter (a sizing tool is provided to identify the correct size).
      Failure to provide the correct size may result in the incorrect PrivaScreen™ Blackout Privacy Filter being supplied.
    • C) The free PrivaScreen™ Blackout Privacy Filter will be distributed within 28 days of the claim being received by Fellowes Ltd.
  11. Any attempt to falsely claim will result in immediate disqualification and, in extreme cases, might lead to a report to the relevant authorities.
  12. Fellowes offers no guarantee as to the quality or fitness of the PrivaScreen™ Blackout Privacy Filter. Whilst we endeavour to provide a product in perfect condition, we cannot be held responsibility for any loss or damage which may have been caused during carriage.
  13. No returns or cash alternatives are available as part of this promotion.
  14. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  15. Fellowes reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of this promotion at any time. However, where possible, we will endeavour to minimise the effect on participants.
  16. Fellowes reserves the right to communicate further information on the promotional products, promotion details and Fellowes products and solutions to claimants during the period of this promotion and for a maximum period of 18 months, following the promotion close.
  17. Claimant’s data will only be shared with third-parties appropriate to the fulfilment of this promotion and distributors of Fellowes productions and solutions.
  18. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil this promotion and for a maximum period of 18 months following the promotion close.

You have the right at any time to advise that your consent to the collection of your data has been withdrawn.

You have the right to complain to the national data protection authority.

Without your data, we cannot include you with this promotion.
