PRIZES:
FIRST: Twenty five (25) first prize winners will receive a lamination prize package valued at $500. First prize winners will be determined by the most number of "likes". First prize winner’s names will be posted on the Fellowes® Fan page. Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release as a condition of receiving their Prize. Winners are responsible for all federal and state taxes. Five grand prize winners will be selected from the twenty five (25) first prize winners. The five (5) grand prize winners will also receive a classroom organization prize package valued at $500. All grand prize winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the Grand Prize. The grand prize winners will be determined by an independent judging panel.
ELIGIBILITY/ENTRIES:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal resident of the United States. The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees of the Sponsor, or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each.
To participate, you must have Internet access, a valid Facebook profile, a valid e-mail address, and you must be a fan of the Fellowes® Facebook page. By entering this Promotion you give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsor via telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail and to have their entry information posted on the Fellowes® Facebook Fan page without any additional compensation. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged. If you attempt to obtain additional entries by using other e-mail addresses, Facebook pages, registrations or logins will void your entries and you may be disqualified from the promotion.
GIVEAWAY REQUIREMENTS:
To participate, go to the Fellowes® Facebook page. You will then be required to submit a few words describing why your child’s favorite teacher is a superstar and upload a drawing of your child’s superstar teacher. All of the terms and conditions as described herein apply to all entry submissions. By participating, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name and hometown, for future advertising and publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion in any and all manners without additional compensation. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Pinterest.
You understand that you are providing information to Sponsor and NOT to Facebook.
PRIZE ACCEPTANCE:
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize is not available. Prize is not transferable, or assignable. By accepting prize, each winner grants Sponsors, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies ("Sponsors and their agents") the right to use and publish winners proper name, state of residence and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes on-line and in print, or in any other media worldwide in connection with the Promotion, without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry the authorized account holder of the account used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. Winners may need to provide proof if a dispute occurs. Return of any prize notification e-mail or mail may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Sponsors and their agents are not responsible for any computer, on-line, telephone or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or delayed by computer transmissions. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be defrauding the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be violating these Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive manner.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that Sponsor, agents and their designees and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (Released Parties) shall have no liability to you, and you will indemnify, defend and hold Released Parties harmless from any liability, loss, injury, or damage to you, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes or participation in this Promotion. You further acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes.
